This policy explains how Servintec USA (“Servintec USA”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through servintecusa.com and through the requests you send us. It is written for the engineering, sourcing and procurement professionals who use this site.
Who we are
Servintec USA is the North American commercial partner for an established metal-manufacturing operation in the Americas. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote or a manufacturing review, we collect:
- Your name, business email, phone number, company and job title
- Project details: industry, component family, estimated annual volume, target timing and your project description
- Files you choose to upload, such as drawings, 3D models or photos of a part
- Your confirmation that we may contact you about the request
- Anything you send us by email or tell us by phone
Information collected automatically. If you arrive through a link that carries campaign parameters (for example utm_source), those values are stored with your request so we know which channel brought it. To protect the form from abuse, your IP address is converted into a one-way hash and kept for 15 minutes to limit repeated submissions. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, which include IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
Cookies and similar technologies. These are described in the next section.
Cookies and analytics
We use one essential cookie, svt_consent, to remember your cookie choice for 180 days.
Analytics tools load only if you choose “Accept” in the cookie notice. If you reject cookies or do not respond, they stay off. With your consent we use:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to understand which pages are visited and how visitors reach the site. IP addresses are anonymized.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) to see aggregated heatmaps and session recordings that show how the site is used, so we can fix what is hard to use. Form entries are masked.
You can change your choice at any time in .
Some features load resources from third parties whenever you visit: fonts from Google Fonts, a scrolling library from unpkg.com, and, on pages that include videos, the YouTube player in its privacy-enhanced mode. When the form’s spam protection is active, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a request comes from a person. These providers receive your IP address and basic browser information as part of delivering their service.
How we use your information
- To review your request, assess feasibility, prepare a quote and follow up with you
- To manage the business relationship if you become a customer
- To keep the site and the form secure and free of spam
- With your consent, to measure and improve how the site works
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Drawings and technical data
We treat drawings, models and technical details you send as confidential business information. We use them only to evaluate, quote and, if you place an order, produce your parts. Uploaded files are stored separately from the public site under randomly generated names, and access is limited to the people who work on your request.
If you need a non-disclosure agreement before sharing files, contact us before you submit them.
How we share information
We share personal information only as needed to respond to you and run the site:
- Our affiliated manufacturing operation in the Americas, which reviews requests and quotes and produces parts
- Service providers that host the website, deliver email, protect the form from spam and, with your consent, provide analytics
- Authorities or other parties when the law requires it or to protect our rights, customers or the public
- A successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, under the same protections
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our affiliated operation and some service providers work in other countries in the Americas. Your information may be processed outside the country where you live. When it is, we take steps to keep it protected in line with this policy.
How long we keep information
We keep quote requests and related files for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, and afterwards only as long as required for legal, tax or accounting purposes. The anti-abuse hash of your IP address expires after 15 minutes, and the cookie that stores your choice expires after 180 days. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your information
- Withdraw consent for analytics at any time in
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share it, so there is nothing to opt out of.
Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws have these rights under those laws, and we will not treat you differently for using them. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on your consent for analytics, on steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract when you request a quote, and on our legitimate interest in securing the site. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security
The site is served over HTTPS, the quote form is protected against automated abuse, and access to requests and files is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the information you share with us.
Children
This site is intended for business users. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, including our LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube pages. Their own privacy policies govern what those sites collect.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our site or practices change. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If the changes are significant, we will say so on this page.
