Component Families

The metal components we build best

Servintec USA is built around a focused set of rugged metal components — the parts that carry load, heat and abuse on off-road vehicles, powersports, heavy equipment and agricultural machines.

Why families

Depth in a few parts beats breadth in many

We do not try to make everything. We make a defined set of components extremely well — which means proven tooling strategies, known materials and inspection plans that shorten your path to first articles.

Every family below links to the capabilities that build it and the industries that use it.

FAQ

Component families — common questions

These are where we are strongest, but the underlying capabilities — cutting, forming, bending, welding, finishing — cover a much wider range. Send your part and we confirm fit.

Yes. Most families ship as finished, inspected and, where needed, assembled units rather than loose parts.

Send a 2D drawing, a 3D model (STEP/IGES) or a physical sample through our RFQ page. An engineer reviews every request and replies with feasibility and next steps, usually within two business days.

Nearshore within the Americas through our affiliated manufacturing operation, with Servintec USA as your North American partner — shorter lead times and aligned time zones versus distant overseas sourcing.

From prototype and pilot runs through recurring medium-volume production. Volume mainly changes the tooling strategy, which we review with you up front.
