Servintec USA runs the complete metal-manufacturing chain — cutting, forming, bending, welding, machining and finishing — so a component never has to change hands between suppliers. That means tighter control of quality, cost and timing.
We build to your print, or engineer the part with you when the print is not final. Either way you get one supplier accountable for the whole job.
Process
How a part gets made
Cut & blank
Laser and shear cutting of sheet, plate and tube to size and profile.
Form & bend
Press brake forming, stamping and tube bending to geometry.
Weld & assemble
Fixtured welding and sub-assembly of multi-part components.
Inspect & finish
Dimensional inspection, surface finishing and coating for delivery.
