Capability
Tube Bending & Pipe Forming
Precision tube and pipe bending for exhaust systems, structural supports and functional assemblies — clean, wrinkle-free bends ready to weld and finish.
Overview
Bends that fit — and keep their bore
Exhaust and structural tubes fail programs when bends wrinkle, flatten or wander out of plane. Mandrel and CNC bending keep the bore round and the geometry true, so downstream welding and assembly go smoothly.
Tube bending feeds directly into our welding and exhaust work, so a bent tube becomes a finished, inspected assembly without leaving the building.

What we bend
Exhaust, structural and functional tube
From motorcycle and powersports exhaust routing to instrument bars and structural supports, we bend to tight radii and repeatable geometry.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Yes — mandrel bending supports the tube through the bend to prevent flattening and wrinkling on tight radii.
We supply weld-ready ends and, in most programs, take the tube through welding and finishing to a complete assembly.
Send a 2D drawing, a 3D model (STEP/IGES) or a physical sample through our RFQ page. An engineer reviews every request and replies with feasibility and next steps, usually within two business days.
Nearshore within the Americas through our affiliated manufacturing operation, with Servintec USA as your North American partner — shorter lead times and aligned time zones versus distant overseas sourcing.
From prototype and pilot runs through recurring medium-volume production. Volume mainly changes the tooling strategy, which we review with you up front.
