Quality & Validation

Quality built into the process, not inspected in at the end

A component is not made good by final inspection — it is made good by controlling every step before it. Our quality approach is built around that principle.

Our approach

Control the process, and the parts follow

From first article to full production, we plan how each part will be held, formed, welded and measured before the run starts. Fixtures, weld sequences and inspection points are defined up front.

That means the quality you approve on the first article is the quality you receive at volume — with the documentation to prove it.

Quality workflow

How we hold quality across a run

01

Plan

Inspection points, fixtures and acceptance criteria defined per part.

02

Measure

Dimensional inspection with calipers, gauges and metrology tools.

03

Document

Inspection records and first-article documentation on request.

04

Trace

Material and process traceability through the program.

Metrology

Measured against the drawing, every time

Critical features are checked with the right instrument for the tolerance — from hand tools to digital metrology — and recorded so quality is verifiable, not assumed.

FAQ

Quality — common questions

Yes — dimensional inspection reports, first-article documentation and weld records are available per program.

Our manufacturing operation is IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 certified, with Tier I and II OEM supply experience. Certificates and scope are shared with customers on request.

By controlling fixtures, process parameters and inspection points defined during first-article approval, so production repeats the approved condition.

Send a 2D drawing, a 3D model (STEP/IGES) or a physical sample through our RFQ page. An engineer reviews every request and replies with feasibility and next steps, usually within two business days.

Nearshore within the Americas through our affiliated manufacturing operation, with Servintec USA as your North American partner — shorter lead times and aligned time zones versus distant overseas sourcing.

From prototype and pilot runs through recurring medium-volume production. Volume mainly changes the tooling strategy, which we review with you up front.
