Industries

Built for the machines that work hardest

Servintec USA supplies metal components to OEMs whose products live outdoors, off-road and under load — where a failed bracket or cracked weld is not an option.

Who we serve

One capability set, six demanding industries

The industries below share a requirement: rugged metal components that survive heat, vibration, impact and weather. That is exactly the work our capabilities are tuned for.

Each industry page maps real applications to the component families and capabilities that serve them.

FAQ

Industries — common questions

These are our focus, but the capabilities transfer to any program needing rugged fabricated, formed or welded metal components. Ask us about your application.

Yes — we take over existing parts (including reverse-engineering undocumented ones) and develop new components from concept.

Send a 2D drawing, a 3D model (STEP/IGES) or a physical sample through our RFQ page. An engineer reviews every request and replies with feasibility and next steps, usually within two business days.

Nearshore within the Americas through our affiliated manufacturing operation, with Servintec USA as your North American partner — shorter lead times and aligned time zones versus distant overseas sourcing.

From prototype and pilot runs through recurring medium-volume production. Volume mainly changes the tooling strategy, which we review with you up front.
