Manufacturing Capabilities

From raw metal to finished OEM component

Servintec USA covers the full production chain for metal components — forming, welding, fabrication and finishing — backed by in-house engineering. One partner, one point of accountability, from first article to full-volume supply.

How we work

Engineering and production under one roof

Most component problems are decided long before the first weld. That is why every Servintec program pairs manufacturing with engineering — design-for-manufacturability review, tooling strategy and inspection planning happen together, not in sequence.

The result is fewer surprises at launch: parts that are easier to build, easier to inspect and priced for the volume you actually run.

FAQ

Capabilities — common questions

Yes. We support the full path — concept and CAD, prototypes, tooling, first articles and full-volume production — or plug into any single stage where you need capacity.

Primarily carbon and low-alloy steels, stainless (304/409-type), aluminized steel and aluminum, in sheet, plate and tube. Share your material and we confirm feasibility.

Yes — from prototype and pilot runs to recurring medium-volume production. Volume mainly changes the tooling strategy, which we review with you up front.

Send a 2D drawing, a 3D model (STEP/IGES) or a physical sample through our RFQ page. An engineer reviews every request and replies with feasibility and next steps, usually within two business days.

Nearshore within the Americas through our affiliated manufacturing operation, with Servintec USA as your North American partner — shorter lead times and aligned time zones versus distant overseas sourcing.
